Q: Are you insured to walk dogs professionally?

Yes.  PAWs of Pangbourne are fully insured for walking & caring for your pooch.

Q: Can we meet the team & see the facilities before we sign up?

Yes.  This is a must, as we insist on meeting you & your dog within the PAWs environment.  We also always insist on a trial day at a reduced cost to ensure that your dog fits in.

Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times?

Yes.  The team of pack leaders spend all day with the dogs, they are never left unattended, there is always full cover at PAWs.

Q: Do I need to be at home when my dog is collected or dropped off if I use the chauffeur service?

No.  PAWs will discuss each clients individual requirements to best suit the needs of your pooch so he / she are not left on their own too long.

Q: Does PAWs take Puppies?

Yes.  Only Puppies over the age of 6 months –  It is a busy, active environment at PAWs, therefore this much exercise could be too much for Puppies younger than 6 months, as they require so much rest time.
